Matthew was born to be a REALTOR; however he lived a lot of life and helped a lot of people all over the world before he chose Nashville as the place to settle down. His mother has been a top producing agent in Michigan, Matthew’s home state for many decades and her involvement in her community, the industry and commitment to technology and integrity has set the bar for standards very high.

Giving as part of a lifestyle plan took form when Matthew realized how passionate he is about people especially those in need.  This passion led him to spend time in Africa (Mozambique) building orphanages, working in homeless shelters and missions in California as well as living amongst the poor and broken to gain their trust and a sense of empathy for their plight.  His love of country pushed him to join the US Navy and serve his active duty on the USS Dwight D Eisenhower in support of “Operation Enduring Freedom”.

After such an adventurous and fulfilling few years, he chose to marry a native Nashville southern belle, who he met here while pursuing a musical career in the early 2000s.  She still works on the famous Music Row and they are expecting their first baby, a girl, in October.
